Our Fees

The last thing clients need in addition to dealing with difficult or stressful family matters is an uncertainty over legal costs.  MBS Family Law offer a wide range of products and services. These include: 

• Fixed fee initial consultations

• Retainer – where you instruct MBS Family Law to represent you. You will be provided with estimates of likely fees at the start and then receive regular updates each time you receive a bill.

• Pay as you go – where you pay for the advice you receive at the time you get it. MBS Family Law will not be on retainer to represent you but will support you in the background as and when you need it.

• Fixed fees – where you will be provided with a fixed fee for a specific piece of work.
